SENTENCE COMPLETION, July 28th

Use the type of clause, phrase, or grammar indicated to complete the following sentence; you can add the phrase or clause before or after the clause below:

... it's hard to believe that July is almost over ...
1. Use a phrase
2. Use an adverbial clause of time
3. Use a dependent clause (other than an adverbial clause of time)
4. Use an independent clause

I have been working everyday and now it’s hard to believe July is almost over.

Dave: #1--that's more than a phrase; #2--good; #3--that's an independent clause, so watch the punctuation; #4--good, but again, check punctuation.
