Samirs always been borrowing his red stylish sporty-looking newer car to his brother who’s lending it while his old battered rust-spotted white vehicle is in the garage for repairing.

Samir always has been borrowing his newer red sporty-looking car to his brother whose old white rust-spotted vehicle is in the garage for repairing.

DEVIKA: There are some good changes herem but think about word order, word form, and the use of apostrophes;-)
